The program is designed to help you prioritize and focus on what is important to you in your current circumstances.
Sessions are held in the format of mentoring and coaching, which allows you to flexibly approach your needs and goals for the program.
Block 1. Diagnosing Your Behavioral Style and Drivers
We will send you an individual password and instructions for completing the online questionnaire. The process itself takes about 30 minutes, and as a result, no later than 24 hours later, you will receive a personalized report of 45+ pages containing a description of: your behavioral characteristics, natural and adapted style of behavior, values for the organization / business, your motivators, sources of stress and energy, as well as recommendations for communicating with you and with people of other behavioral types.
Block 2. Debrief on the results of diagnostics
At this online meeting, we will work through your goals for the program, determine the context in which you do business and work, and begin to get acquainted with the report. We will focus on the features of the behavioral models of your and other people, discuss your self-perception and its objectivity. Already at this stage, you will begin to better understand your colleagues, partners, customers and even just loved ones.
Block 3. Avatar of a successful candidate for your position
At this stage, you will determine your functional areas of responsibility and the necessary personal characteristics for success in work, see your strengths, their limitations and capabilities, and work out an action plan to neutralize potential weaknesses.
Block 4. Time Eaters
Within the framework of this block, you will understand why you are wasting time beyond the obvious things for you, such as the lack of opportunity to act according to the plan. If you want to do more, you don't need to do more and sleep less. You'll find gaps in your time management and develop a plan to improve your productivity.
5 module. Drivers
Drivers are intrinsic motivators that fuel behavior. If your life and work does not satisfy your motivators, you may feel reduced motivation, empty, and procrastinate. As part of this block, we review your drivers and find out how satisfied they are. Also in this block we understand what kind of people and why can make you mad, and, of course, find out what to do in this regard.
    6 module. Individual development plan
    At the final session, we work out your individual development plan, collecting individual elements into a single system with a step-by-step plan. You will also identify the necessary resources and ways to achieve your goals. Since the plan will rely on your motivators, you will not have a chance not to fulfill it!

    Stages of the Upgrade Program for the Manager

    Introductory meeting. At a free online meeting, we discuss your goals and objectives, clarify the stages of the program, you get answers to all questions, fix agreements and dates for further meetings.

    Online diagnostics. You undergo online diagnostics of your behavioral type, receive your report and instructions on how to prepare for the next meeting.
    3
    Online sessions. We meet on ZOOM weekly. Usually the session lasts no more than 90 minutes. After each session, you get a small "homework" for a deeper study of all aspects.
    4
    Post-program support. We ask course participants to keep us informed of the progress of the plan. You can choose extended support and continue working with the coach to accompany the implementation of the plan.
